Positive Interactions, How can we relate to others in an Empowered, Healthy way?

What constitutes a positive, healthy way of relating to others, men or women.  How relationships can empower those in them as well as the contracts we make consciously and unconsciously when in connection with others.  How do past wounds block healthy interactions?  And how can we discover all that relationships have to offer us?

Long-time member, Judith Gold, a native New Yorker, has practiced psychotherapy in three continents since 1988. She currently has a psychotherapy practice in the Westend, Frankfurt, where she works with individuals, couple and families in four languages.  She worked for Caritas Verband Erziehungs-Beratungstelle-Frankfurt for 17 years as a multi-lingual therapist.  Judith has given over 50 workshops and retreats in three continents and has developed a group process called “Prosperity,” (“Creating Prosperity in one’s Lives, Learning to live from one’s Essence).
