Registration Notes:

• During registration, you will be asked to indicate your meal preference (Meat / Fish / Vegetarian) and share any allergy information for yourself and any guests.
• When booking for 1 or more guests (but not purchasing a full table), select Single Ticket. You will have the option to add additional guest tickets during the registration process.
• Please note: Once your registration is submitted, it cannot be edited on the registration site. However, guest information can be added or updated later by emailing the Gala Committee on aiwcfrankfurt.gala2025@gmail.com. For security purposes, all guest names must be provided prior to the event.
• Full refunds are available until 11 October, 2025. After that date, refund requests will be considered at the discretion of the Gala Committee.
